Mrs gregg is 55yrs old widow who had active career as a lawyer.She is independent women had adpt tp many changes in her past life.You assigned to give care and support to mrs. gregg, who had stroke two weeks ago.she is paralized and difficulty speaking.she is able to hear well and can undrstand when you speak to her. the long erm goal for her care includes:regaining mobility, reagaining speech, being as independence as possible, and preventing compliacations such as contranctures, pressure sores. you are required to assist her to participate fully in all activities of daily living and assist her to meet physical and psychosocial needs.

A:the problem, intervention, and evaluation of outcome. example ms. gregg has a speech deficit (if this is for nursing school i highly reccomend the you look up the accompanying nursing diagnosis). a couple interventions would be for her to work with a speech therapist to improve speech ability and to provide a communication board with letters and symbols for her to use temporarily. after this has been in progress after a period of time, usually when medicare is going to stop paying, ms greggs progress will be evaluated to see if what is being done is effective or if other interventions need to be in place.
